
Robert Peter Henk
Mr. Henk is a past Legislative Chair of the Sacramento Employment Advisory Council and a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association. In addition to being admitted to practice in State and Federal Courts of California, Mr. Henk has been admitted to practice in New Jersey and Tennessee on a pro-hac vice basis.

Sheri L. Leonard
Ms. Leonard’s experience includes performing all work necessary for litigation including trials, appeals, arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and various motions. Ms. Leonard has successfully argued before the Third District Court of Appeals. She has also successfully opposed several dispositive motions against large employers, including but not limited to Nationwide Credit, The Money Store, Sutter General Hospital, Hewlett-Packard, California Highway Patrol, American Health Care, Regional Transit, and the County of Sacramento.
Ms. Leonard received her B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management in 1989 and a Masters degree in Business Administration in 1991 from California State University, Sacramento. Ms. Leonard received her J.D. from McGeorge School of Law in 1994. She became a member of the California State Bar in 1994, and was thereafter admitted to practice in California and is also licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court (Eastern, Central, and Northern Districts of California).
